Do you have a complaint about our products/your order?
It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about your order. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your claim via e-mail or our contact form. Our staff in the customer contact department will look into the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. We will respond to your complaint within three days of receipt, should it take longer, we will notify you.
