EXCHANGE & RETURN
Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry to hear that and would like to hear what we can do to make you happy. You can easily return your order in 3 simple steps. 

Return conditions
You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day you receive your order. You have 14 days from the date of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.

For the return of the order, the return costs are to be borne by you. You must provide your return shipment with a track & trace code. We will refund the amount within 3-7 working days.

Refund conditions
MAGNETOX will refund all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by MAGNETOX for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without delay but within 3-7 working days following the day on which the consumer notifies us of the cancellation. Unless MAGNETOX offers to pick up the product itself, MAGNETOX may withhold reimbursement until MAGNETOX has received the product or until the consumer proves that they have returned the product, whichever comes first. MAGNETOX will use the same means of payment that consumers have used for refunds unless consumers agree to a different method. The refund is free of charge for consumers.

If consumers have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, MAGNETOX does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Register your return
Please contact customer service (info@magnetox.nl). They will then send you the return form. 

Step 2: Ship your order
Send the items, together with the completed return form, to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. You are responsible as the sender and we do not want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account
Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 3-7 working days.
