What kind of magnets are used in the bracelets?
The MAGNETOX bracelet uses magnets, Far Infrared (FIR), and Germanium. The strength of a magnet is determined in Gauss. The MAGNETOX bracelet is equipped with magnets with a power of 3500 Gauss. 3500 Gauss is seen as a powerful, effective, and safe value.
How do I know which size to order?
The MAGNETOX bracelet is adjustable. The MAGNETOX bracelet comes with a free size adjustment tool so that it always fits around your wrist. The exact dimensions are shown underneath each product.
Should the MAGNETOX bracelet touches the skin?
This is not necessary. You may wear the MAGNETOX bracelet however you like and this can also be loosely around your wrist. The effect of the MAGNETOX bracelet goes about 3 cm deep into the body, even if it is not worn tightly on the skin. The result is harmless.
Do I always have to wear the MAGNETOX bracelet?
It is not necessary to wear the MAGNETOX bracelet day and night. It is sufficient to wear it during the day or night. If you wish, the MAGNETOX bracelet can be worn 24 hours a day without any problems.
How long does it take for the MAGNETOX bracelet to work?
Some users will feel the positive effect of the MAGNETOX bracelet immediately or within a few days. It varies from person to person and depends on several factors. Everyone has different complaints and different causes.
Are the MAGNETOX bracelets suitable for everyone?
Basically, yes, but do not use a MAGNETOX bracelet if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electro-medical device or if you are pregnant.
Can I keep my MAGNETOX bracelet in the shower or bath?
We do not recommend wearing the MAGNETOX bracelet in the shower, bath, swimming pool or when doing wet housework.
Does the MAGNETOX bracelet have any side effects?
Experience has shown that the MAGNETOX bracelet has no side effects. Only do not use a MAGNETOX bracelet if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electromedical device. Even if you are pregnant, use is not recommended.
Ordering and delivery
What are the shipping costs?
We take care of the shipping costs of every order. All our products are delivered to your home for FREE. There is no minimum order quantity required.
When can I expect my order?
Of course, we do everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you order on working days before 15:00, the shipment will be sent the same working day. The delivery time is 2-7 working days. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail.
How can I track my order?
Did you choose a letterbox package with track & trace code? As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a link which you can use to track your shipment.
The expected delivery time is over, where is my order?!
In 99% of the cases, the orders will be delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order here.
Did you not receive anything three days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us.

Exchange and return
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Yes, you can return any order to us within 14 days without giving a reason.
I have a complaint about my order. Where can I submit this complaint?
It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about your order. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your claim via e-mail or our contact form. This can be done by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by filling in the contact form (see contact page). Our staff in the customer contact department will look into the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
I want to return an item, what should I do?
Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry to hear that and would like to hear what we can do to make you happy. You can easily return your order in 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Register your return
Please contact customer service (email@example.com). They will then send you the return form.
Step 2: Ship your order
Send the items, together with the completed return form, to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. You are responsible as the sender and we do not want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account
Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 3-7 working days.
